1. How do I become a Kong's Club member?
A: It’s easy. Just sign up to gain member benefits and earn 500 Kong’s Points with free shipping worth RM6.00 with a minimum spend of RM120.00 (applicable to total purchase amount on products per receipt/transaction/order only, exclude shipping fee).
2. Is there any registration fee or monthly charges to become a member?
A: No, it’s free of charge. All you need to do is to just sign up!
3. Do I need to renew my membership?
A: No. Membership is free for life.
4. What are the benefits of becoming a member of Kong’s Club?
A: Upon registration, you will become a Kong’s Club member and be part of our loyalty programme. Here are some of the available benefits:
• You can start collecting points for each purchase made at BB King Kong’s website, which can be turned into e-Vouchers and to be used during your next purchase or redeemed as prizes.
• You can enjoy special deals during our Members-only Day, exclusive to Kong’s Club members.
• You can get free consultation and valuable health tips and advice from our in-house nutritionist. You can obtain relevant content based on your needs through emails and/or within our website.
• You will be the first to receive news about upcoming promotions, offers and deals by BB King Kong.
• You will get free shipping with a maximum amount capped at RM6.00, when you spend at least RM120.00 (applicable to total purchase amount on products per receipt/transaction/order only, exclude shipping fee). This is applicable to East and West Malaysia.

1. What are Kong’s Club Rewards?
A: Kong’s Club aims to understand you better by providing you top-notch services digitally with the support and advice you need, a personalised content based on your life stage, and rewards you with Kong’s Points when you shop with us. The accumulated points can then be redeemable in the form of e-Vouchers and/or gifts.

2. How do I earn points?
• You can earn points every time you make a purchase.
• These points can also be accumulated through BB King Kong’s promotions, offers, deals and events.
• 1 point is awarded for every amount of RM1.00 ~ RM1.99. There will be no rounding up, for example, RM1.80 is equivalent to 1 point.
• Points are refreshed every 6 months based on the purchase date. See the example below for a better illustration.
Mary purchased RM300.00 on 18 January 2021 and obtained 300 points. On 3 March 2021, she made a further purchase of RM150.00 and obtained 150 points. Her 300 points will expire on 17 July 2021, and her 150 points will expire on 2 September 2021.
3. When can I start redeeming rewards with my Kong’s Points?
You can redeem your rewards as soon as you have sufficient points in your active Kong’s Club membership account.
4. What are the minimum accumulated points for redemption?
A: You will need a minimum of 800 Kong’s Points for redemption.
5. Is there any expiry date to my points?
The earned Kong’s points are valid for six (6) months from the transaction date. For example, points earned on 15 July 2021 will expire on 14 January 2022.
6. Can I use more than 1 voucher/discount code at one time?
No, you can only use one voucher/discount code one at a time during checkout. For example, you have a birthday voucher code and at the same time the store provides a storewide discount code. You will need to checkout using either the birthday voucher code or the storewide discount code. Vouchers/discount codes are not stackable.
7. Can I exchange my Kong’s Points with cash, for example, can I redeem my Kong’s Points at the bank or request it to be credited into my personal bank account?
No. Valid points earned from Kong's Club can only be redeemed within BB King Kong’s website. They are not exchangeable for cash.
8. Is there a maximum number of points to redeem at one time?
A: You can only redeem the designated points based on what’s available in the Kong’s Rewards.
9. I just checked out RM100.00 but I can't seem to see the points earned in my Kong’s Rewards.
A: Don't worry, please get in touch with our Kong’s Team and they will be happy to assist you.
10. Can I share my birthday voucher code with my friends?
No. Your birthday code is unique and can therefore only be used once, tied to your own account.

1. I have an issue with paying at checkout.
If you experience problems with ordering, perhaps it is because you are trying to pay with a card type or payment method that we currently do not support. If you have further problems, please contact our Kong’s Team, they’d be happy to assist you.
2. How will my invoice be sent to me?
Your invoice will be emailed to the registered email address upon order confirmation. It will be emailed when we send your order to you.
1. I would like to cancel my membership with BB King Kong and would like to redeem all my points in cash.
It breaks our heart to see you go.
When you cancel your membership, all your earned points will be deleted from our system. When this happens, you will not be able to do any redemption, as we do not provide earned points refund in cash terms.
2. If I cancel my membership now and re-join in the future, will my past accumulated points still exist/available?
Unfortunately, your past accumulated points would have all ceased upon cancellation of membership.
