When to Use?
- You can start wearing Shrinkx Hips once you’ve given birth and as soon as you’re comfortable to do so.
- If you had a C-section, you can still wear Shrinkx Hips but wait until all your staples or stitches have been removed
- For best results we recommend that you wear the belt consistently twelve hours a day until you are eight weeks postpartum.

How to Use?
- Step 1: Wrap tightly around hips and secure
- Step 2: Tighten side straps to desired fit and adhere
Which size should I choose?
Take a soft measuring tape, measure your hips then refer to the sizing below.
- XS/S – hips 28 to 40 inches (pre-pregnancy pant size 0-8)
- M/L – hips 41 to 52 inches (pre-pregnancy pant size 10-1X)
If in doubt, size up!
Care Instruction
- Hand washed with mild detergent and laid flat to dry.
- Do not machine wash even on a hand wash setting.
